Ready or Not

So often are we afraid to speak the truth because of  "offending" someone or even as far as losing them in our life as a friend, family member or even acquaintance. What we should be more concerned about is losing them in the long run because we were more concerned with what the world might think, or how we may look in that moment.


 "Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing." Proverbs 12:18.


 If we claim to be walking with Christ, then it is His words in us and speaking through us that moreover our actions should prove to them and convince.


 "For The Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight." Hebrews 4:12-13


The word of the Lord shines light on truth where there was once doubt or confusion, brings to light where there was once darkness, and moreover brings healing where there was once brokenness. You have to decide sometime in your life whether you are going to be accountable to God or not... It's more than just a set of ideals, but a relationship. And once you KNOW Him, let me tell you there is nothing else in this world that will satisfy you by any means. God is the essence of unconditional Love, should we choose Him...Ready or Not
